The Chablis vineyard spreads on hillsides rich in limestone, in the north of Burgundy. Here we have a continental climate hot in the summer and very cold in the winter, with lots of spring frosts. The soils are mainly limestone marls, which give Chablis wines a good minerality and sharpness
Manual harvesting with grape sorting before the vinification. Fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks, to preserve the liveliness of this wine.
Yellow gold brilliant robe, with beautiful green reflections. Beautiful aromas of honey and candy. In the mouth, we get the same aromas, with a mineral touch, typical of the Chablis wines, with a lengthy finish.
This Chablis pairs well with oysters, seafood or escargots. Also goes well with goat cheese or Gruyere.

Wine to be served at 10°C / 50°F. This wine can be kept for 5 years.
