The Chablis vineyard is located in the north of Burgundy, where the climate is continental, with hot summers, very cold winters, with harsh spring frosts. The soils are mainly limestone marls, which give this Chablis wine a good minerality and sharpness
Manual harvesting with grape sorting before the vinification. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and maturation in oak barrels for 3 to 6 months.
Beautiful dark gold robe. White flower aromas (acacia, hawthorns), with fruity notes. A sharp and dry wine, with a great balance and good minerality, very lengthy finish.
Goes remarkably well with fishes in sauce, fine charcuterie, foie gras, white meats and poultry dishes. SERVICE TEMPERATURE AND AGEING
Wine to be served at 12°C / 53°F. It is best to open it 2 hours before serving. This wine has an ageing potential of 5 to 8 years.
