The Pinot Noir, single grape variety on the Côte, has lot of
different ways of expressing itself. On the Côte de Beaune, it
is very delicate, with a lot of finesse, whereas on the Côte de
Nuits, it is more powerful, more tannic. The Côte
Chalonnaise offers round, generous and easy to drink wines.
