The Hautes-Côtes vineyard covers very well exposed
hillsides situated around 400m in altitude. The soils
are stony, clayey overlying limestone patches.
100% Pinot Noir
Manual harvest with grape sorting before the
vinification and full destemming of the grapes.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with a slight
maturation in oak barrel.
Cristal clear dark red cherry color.
Intense aromas of fresh red berries, with elegant notes
Lively in the mouth, with a good tannic structure and
an elegant, persistent finish.
Pairs well with all meals, but especially with strong
tasting meats, like small game meat. Also pairs perfectly
with mildly strong cheeses.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE AND AGEING
Wine to be served around 16°C / 60°F.
This wine is ready to drink, but will benefit from an
ageing of 2 to 4 years.
