TERROIR
Maison Louis Max has been producing great wines in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy since 1859. Over time, we have extended our expertise to the South of France, where we are the owners of Domaines in the Languedoc and the Rhône Valley. This powerful wine has been made thanks to the combination of our experience of the Languedoc terroir and our know-how of the Rhône Valley Syrah grape.

CEPAGE
Syrah

VINIFICATION
Harvest at optimal maturity, with a strict sorting of the grapes before the fermentation. Traditional winemaking.

TASTING
A beautiful and intense garnet red colour. Aromas of very ripe small red fruits, and a touch of spices. Very powerful in the mouth, with a lot of personality

FOOD PAIRING
Ideal with cold cuts, red meats and strong-flavored cheeses. Idéal sur les charcuteries, viandes rouge et les fromages affinés.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE AND AGEING
Serve at 16°C/ 60°F and drink within 4 years.
