Nuits-Saint-Georges wines are produced on the area of the villages of Nuits-Saint-Georges and Prémeaux-Prissey. The soils are mainly marl and limestone.

WINEMAKING
Manual harvest with grape sorting before the vinification and full destemming. Traditional winemaking and maturation in oak barrels for 18 months, including 30% of new barrels.
WINE TASTING
Beautiful ruby red robe, brilliant and clear. In the nose, bursting aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, with animal and spicy notes. This is a very well-balanced wine with good concentration, silky tannins and red berries aromas, supported by an elegant oaky vanilla touch and a long finish.
FOOD PAIRING
The structure of Nuits-Saint-Georges wines allows them to pair well with all dishes: meats in sauce, roasted or grilled, game meat and mild flavored cheeses.
