The Château Pech-Latt is located in Lagrasse, in the heart of the Corbières vineyard in the Languedoc. The soil is made up of quaternary limestone colluvia and stones. The vineyard has been worked in organic farming since 1991.
Grenache, Carignan, Syrah , Mourvèdre The average age of the vines is 40 years.
Manual harvest with a strict sorting at the vineyard. Before the winemaking, the grapes are sorted a second time and destalked. Vatting for 20-25 days in cement vats, with several pumping over and rack-and-return operations during the vatting. Ageing for a minimum of 8 months.
Deep dark red robe. Intense aromas of fruits and flowers, especially violet and blackberry. Unctuous in the mouth, with notes of spices and liquorice, this is a powerful and concentrated wine.
Pairs well with grilled meats and cheeses of character.

To be served at 18°. Very enjoyable in its youth, this wine has an ageing potential of 5 years.
