Situated in Languedoc Roussillon, close to Carcassonne, home of the Templar knights, Chateau Pech-Latt was once owned by the Abbey of Lagrasse, founded by Charlemagne in 784. The soil is made up of quaternary limestone colluvia ans stones. This rosé is made from vines specifically selected for the richness of their terroir.
Manual harvest with a strict sorting at the vineyard. Traditional and natural fermentation.
It pairs perfectly with lightly grilled meats, shellfish ans salads, ans is ideal as an aperitif.
To be served at 7-8°C.
