Very intense and pure ruby red colour, with brilliant purple highlights. Complex aromas of small fruits (raspberry, strawberry), flowers (rose, violet), but also hints of mint, liquorice, and truffle. Very rich and mellow in the mouth, with a perfect balance between elegance and powerfulness, with a deep and long finish.

Goes well with rich and elegant food like roasted lamb, veal in sauce, game stew, grilled beef and even exotic dishes. Also pairs well with fine soft cheeses.

Wine to be served at 16°C / 62° F. To appreciate this wine to its fullest, it is best to mature it for 10 to 30 years.
