The vineyard is located south of the Côte de Beaune vineyard, at an altitude between 220m and 340m, on east and south east exposure. The soils are mainly limestone marl. The 1er Cru Morgeot is one the most renowned of the vineyard.
Manual harvest with grape sorting before the vinification. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and maturation in oak barrels for 12, including 30% of new barrels.
Very beautiful yellow robe, with shiny golden reflections. Aromas of ripe apple, white flowers, honey and almonds. Powerful and rich in the mouth, with a nice oaky touch, it a very well balanced wine with a long finish.
Ideal on grilled fish, seafood dishes and poultries in sauce.

To be served at 12°C / 54°F. This wine has an ageing potential of 8 to 12 years.
