In our Haute Vallée climat, the vines rise to up to 400m in altitude. Sunlight is plentiful, but the wind and the altitude help to maintain freshness in the wines. Here it is the ideal exposure to the sun that makes all the difference! This allows the vines to mature perfectly, giving concentrated, fragrant wines. Oak maturation adds a touch of breadth and depth to the Haute Vallée wines.
