Chablis Grand Cru comes from vineyards in the commune of Chablis to the north-east of the town and facing the sun at altitudes of 100-250 metres, along the right bank of the little River Serein which waters the district. The perfect sun exposure and soils of marls and limestone combine to offer the very best of the Chardonnay grape.
Manual harvesting with grape sorting before the vinification. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maturation in oak barrels for 6 to 12 months.
Beautiful green-gold robe. Dried fruits, almond with a touch of honey in the nose, you can also feel intense mineral scents. A perfectly balanced wine, full bodied and lively, with the lengthy finish you can expect from a grand cru.
Goes remarkably well with fishes in sauce, seafoods, fine charcuterie, foie gras, white meats and poultry dishes.
