  TERROIR
This wine is produced mainly from vines in the South of Burgundy, in the Côte Chalonnaise, on a beautiful limestone-clay terroir, perfect for the Pinot Noir grape. The vineyard is grown in organic farming.

  GRAPE VARIETY
100% Pinot Noir

  WINEMAKING
Manual harvest with grape sorting before the vinification and full destemming of the grapes. Natural winemaking and partial maturation in oak barrels for 12 months

  WINE TASTING
Deep ruby red in color, with purple reflections. Fresh red berries aromas (strawberry, morello cherry), with hnts of pepper and liquorice. Smooth tannins and very fruity in the mouth, this wine has a great balance.

  FOOD PAIRING
Pairs well with all roasted or grilled meats, especially with beef. Also goes well with mild cheeses.

  SERVICE TEMPERATURE AND AGEING
Wine to be served at 14°C. This wine is ready to drink, but can be enjoyed during the next 4 years if well conserved.

Issue d’un terroir marneux cultivé en agriculture biologique, cette cuvée rubis éclatant libère au nez des parfums de fruits noirs. Le palais équilibré, légèrement acidulé, est porté par des tanins fins et onctueux garants d’un bel avenir, et par une longue finale élégante, aux accents fruités
