  TERROIR
This wine is a regional appellation of Burgundy, made from grapes harvested from the Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits and Côte Chalonnaise areas. The vines are located on parcels where the soils are very rich in limestone, ideal for white grapes.

100% Aligoté

  WINEMAKING
Manual harvest with grape sorting before the vinification. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve this wine’s fruitiness and freshness.

  WINE TASTING
A beautiful yellow gold robe, with green reflections, very clear and brilliant. A very expressive nose of fresh grape and white fleshed fruits aromas. In the mouth, it is a very lively wine, yet quite round, with a good fruity finish.

  FOOD PAIRING
Will be perfect for a Kir , this aperitif prepared with Aligoté and Crème de Cassis . Also pairs well with salads, seafood, Escargots or Cuisses de Grenouille

  SERVICE TEMPERATURE AND AGEING
Wine to be served at 12°C / 53°F. This wine will not benefit from ageing, but you can keep it for 3 to 4 years
